Elevate your home with the luxury of The Creative Peach Studios’ Full Service Interior Design Services. Annisa, alongside our team of expert designers, creates a customized, seamless experience to make your dream home a reality.

DESIGN STORYBOARD

The fun part begins! We’ll start sourcing all items and finishes for your project. There will be a storyboard for each space that we will send for approval along with the 2D spatial planner. This will give a full visual of each space which must be approved by the client. For this service, two revisions are available so of any are needed, we will make adjustments to the design as needed.

PURCHASING + PROCUREMENT

We purchase from local trade resources, vendors, and retailers to help bring your project to life. This is the longest part of the process and can take up to 2 to 3 weeks depending on delivery lead times. All items purchased will be shipped directly to our warehouse and we will move to the client’s home during the install week.

We will also be sorting through and organizing inventory so purchase updates may made during this time due to any product issues or design changes that may come up.

O U R D E S I G N P R O C E S S

CONCEPT MOODBOARD

Your home is your vibe, right? Your mood board is a collection of images, materials and other inspirational design elements that represent the look, feel and emotion you want for your space. It can be a great way to get inspired and get the project going!

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Let’s plan! This includes the refinement of the internal layouts and specify key finishes and materials - which typically refers to renovation or cosmetic projects where paint colors, materials or advanced spatial planning are required.

PROJECT INSTALL

We will coordinate and schedule the dates for your project installation. We will be on site supervising along with executing all aspects of the project. All furniture installation, styling and curating will take place. Time varies. It is recommended that the client vacate the premises (if applicable) until installation is complete.

THE REVEAL

This is the big moment! We will reveal the space and do a thorough walk through from start to finish. This will also be the time to make any necessary revisions or last minute finishing touches as requested by the client within the scope of work.

Official project off boarding will also begin which includes returns, reconciling the account, and addressing any issues or concerns. If there aren’t any, we will leave you to fully enjoy your new oasis!

Design Review

We work with your contractor to review electrical plans, angles, and space planning so that every detail functions with the end goal in mind, from flow to floor plan.

Procurement

Our support team coordinates with the vendors and receiving warehouse to order, track, and process any claims for your furniture and styling pieces.

Interior & Exterior Finishes

We’ll work with you to choose materials and placement for your exterior elevations, as well as choosing all interior finishes, from hardwood to grout color.

Project Management

We’ll handle all of the details of the process from start to finish to ensure that everything is organized, on time, and on track.

Furniture & Styling

We select all of the furnishings, from upholstery to dining chairs, incorporating heirloom pieces along the way. At the end, our styling team comes in for the finishing touches.

Turnkey Installation

A comprehensive service that includes moving all furniture into your home and arranging it according to the detailed design plan, ensuring a seamless and stress-free transition.

  • Full Service Interior Design involves larger scale projects and include in-person consultations, comprehensive project management, site visits, furniture procurement, and hands-on installation. Virtual Interior Design offers a more flexible, remote approach for one space at a time to create custom design plans and shopping lists that can be implemented on your own as time and budget allow.

  • To identify what service better suits you and your lifestyle, there are several key project factors to consider, including time frame, size and scope, budget, and level of involvement.   • We offer both Full Service Interior Design and Virtual Interior Design, each with its own pricing structure. We strive to ensure that our pricing remains competitive and reflective of the value and expertise we bring to each project. Our Virtual Interior Design is available at a flat rate, ensuring transparency and simplicity.

    For Full Service Interior Design, we charge a custom flat rate that varies based on the project’s complexity and scope. For project renovation, we charge a charge an $125 hourly rate once construction begins for project management which includes site visits, meetings with contractor and managing the overall process. 

    In general, Design Services typically account for approximately 15% to 20% of your overall budget. Once we receive your project details, we will provide a more accurate estimate tailored to your specific needs.

  • We move with the pace of the project. Virtual Interior Design projects typically take two to four weeks from start to finish. From there, the timeframe for implementation is up to you. 

    Full Service Interior Design projects can take anywhere from two to four months depending on the level of detail, the size of the home, and the builder’s timeline. Expedited services are available our schedule permits.

  • Yes! We have worked with clients throughout the United States such as Mississippi, Maryland, New York and Florida. While our national work is on a limited basis, we look forward to learning more about the place that you call home.
